Tropical Storm Sally, as of Sunday morning, had max sustained winds of 50 mph and was moving WNW at 13 mph. Expected to gain strength as it travels over the Gulf before making landfall on Louisiana's coast Monday night into Tuesday morning, potentially as a Category 2 hurricane, possibly higher.
