WEATHER ALERT- TROPICAL STORM BETA

This storm isn't expected to strengthen to hurricane status, but it's still going to be a threat with its slow movement, heavy rains and winds. Forecast to make landfall Monday night into Tuesday morning along the central Texas coast and over to Louisiana's coast as well. Expected to bring significant rainfall to coastal and inland areas including the Mississippi River Valley bringing a moderate risk of urban, river and flash flooding.
