The Situation:
Vice President Mike Pence plans to visit the U.S. Border Patrol Station in Nogales on
Thursday, 11 April, for a briefing by Customs and Border Protection agents and also to tour the border wall.
Possible Effects:
Longer border-crossing wait times
Increased security personnel presence
Increased traffic or blocked roads
Mitigating Factors to Apply:
Allow extra time to travel to/from the airport, supplier, and accommodations
