Motivation Monday-Break the barriers

Often times we can be so blocked in one area of our life or performance that we don’t consider the possibility of a breakthrough, a possibility of change. We can even be so blocked that we don’t even see what those barriers are. Stay open. Don’t limit yourself. Something that may have seemed entirely unfeasible and beyond your grasp may tomorrow, next week, next month, even or TODAY become something attainable. It may even come as a surprise to you, perhaps something you had never considered before. Or your breakthrough may happen in an area that you have been struggling in and intentionally working on.

Life is more than setbacks and it is not static. Appreciate and respect where you are now but let yourself move to the next level when it is time. Celebrate your breakthroughs when they come! Listen to that quiet voice, that fleeting thought that says “why don’t you…?”, even if it is something that you’ve never done before. Listen to your inner dialogue.

Identify an area in your life where you feel that you need to experience a breakthrough. What is preventing you from attaining that? Once you have identified your barriers, then you can

identify a purposeful plan of action that will allow you to confidently and gracefully navigate

that barrier. There is no limit to human potential, only the limit that you impose for yourself.

Grab control, be proactive, and purposefully remove the limitations that you previously thought were unmovable.
